Will all my blockages be released?
Full disclosure, my honest answer is no! Some blocks can be overcome with ease and others may need more of a nudge. We are all beautiful works of progress so to say you will ever be done, would be misleading. The purpose for creating this module was for you to gain an understanding of what limiting beliefs are holding you back, becoming much more self-aware and have some tools to support you in releasing and letting go.
How much time each day do you need?
My suggestion would be to allow yourself 30-60 minutes per email.
